It is our pleasure to attach for your information, with the first of many installments of our new CDRC Newsletter, a copy of the most recent Legislative Report prepared by CDRC Legislative Committee Co-Chair Paul Dubow.  Paul and the other Co-Chair, John Warnlof, have been very active--and very effective--in monitoring bills, advocating for good policy, and suggesting alternatives when necessary.  Their efforts have been assisted greatly by our excellent lobbying group at Sacramento Advocates, Inc.
