CDRC REFUND POLICY

 

We value you, and we appreciate your interest and participation in CDRC.  At the same time, we are a membership organization that carefully budgets and utilizes each dollar.

With that in mind, we have established the following policy regarding refunds:

 

Membership Fees and Donations:

With one exception, CDRC will not refund any membership fees or donations it receives.

Exception: If you have signed up for automatic renewal of your membership or donation, and prior to your renewal date you notify the CDRC Administrator in writing that you want to cancel the automatic renewal of your membership or donation, CDRC will send you a full refund for any charges to your credit card that are charged after you give CDRC this notification.  You may send the notification:

Conference and Program Fees:

Fees for Conferences and Programs are refundable as follows:

  • More than 14 days prior to the start of the Conference or Program:  The Conference or Program fee will be refunded less 10% to cover CDRC’s credit card and administrative costs.
  • Between 7 and 14 days prior to the start of the Conference or Program:  50% of the Conference or Program fee will be refunded.
  • 7 or less days prior to the start of the Conference or Program:  No refund will be given.

 

 

Form of Refund:

At its election, CDRC may make refunds either by mailing a check to the person who made the payment or by providing a credit to the credit card used.
