ADR Providers: Shaping Our Industry Join the leading ADR Providers to discuss ethical, legal and economic impacts neutral organizations have on both the dispute resolution industry and the independent neutral professionals. What rules, both statutory and self imposed, do providers adhere to and what responsibility do these organizations have to the public, the process and the parties.
Collaborative Law: Beyond Family Law Collaborative law is the next big thing. It has already taken off in family law across the country and new applications are being pursued in probate, medical malpractice and other areas of the law. Panelists will introduce you to the history and principles of collaborative law and sketch out the future of this exciting development in dispute resolution.
